Ich habe es mit "1.1." & A1 versucht, das funktioniert aber nicht.

Nö, funktioniert nicht! Denn mit "" und & machst Du aus den Jahrzahlen Strings, also Text-Objekte. Min und Max erfordern aber Zahlen, keine Strings. Du musst über die Funktion Datum gehen, nur damit kannst Du ein Datum sprich eine Zahl bauen.
