Du könntest folgendes probieren:

Hol Dir die Sysinternal Tools von:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/ bzw.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon

- starte LibreOffice und öffne ein leeres Tabellendokument
- starte das Programm Procmon.exe aus den o.g. Sysinternal Tools
- gib als Filter ein: "[x] Process Name is soffice.bin Include" [Add] [OK]
- drücke in LibreOffice Strg+1 zum Aufruf des Format Dialogs
- speichere das Event Log über File/Save

Evtl. siehst Du da etwas auffälliges.
