Der Fehler liegt darin, dass Du den optionalen Variablen "as String"
zuweist. Auch ein leerer Inhalt wird wohl als String interpretiert und
so weitergegeben.
Sub Called(Optional A, Optional B, Optional C)
bringt Dir das gewünschte Ergebnis.
