Mir geht es, wie im Subject beschrieben, um etwas Anderes.

Es geht mir um die "Übersetzung" von Inline-Elementen mit
Class-Attribut in Zeichenformatvorlagen.

Ein Tool in umgekehrter Richtung existiert übrigens:
