[de-users] xls-file sichern als csv-File OHNE eine Calc-Programm - geht ds?

Hallo,
ich lade mir aus dem Internet den Inhalt einer xls-Datei.
Die möchte ich jetzt zum parsen aber als csv-datei speichern!

Wie mache ich das, ohne dass ich mit LO oder Excel die Datei lade undals csv speichere - geht das?
