was für eine Hilfe benötigst du denn?
Warum schaust du nicht in die LO-Hilfe unter "Bedingte Formatierung"?

Dann legst du eine Formatvorlage mit der gewünschten Schriftfarbe an.
Aber selbst das kann man direkt aus dem Dialog Bedingte Formatierung
> Bedingung... anlegen.
Markiere die Zahlenreihe
Wähle Format; Bedingte Formatierung; Bedingung...
Zellwert ist - Deine Bedingung
Vorlage: Deine Vorlage mit Schiftfarbe oder "Neue Vorlage"
Weitere Bedingungen mit "Extra".
