Ich müsste noch mal nachschauen, wie es genau geht: Es gibt eine
Windows-Einstellung, die die Vorschau-Anzeige unterbindet. Das geht
aber wohl nur komplett (auch keine Minianzeige von Bildern o.ä.) und
dann auch nur gleichzeitig für Dateimanager und Desktop. Zumindest habe
ich das von meiner eigenen Recherche so im Hinterkopf.
