möchte ich ebenfalls deutlich darauf hinweisen, dass weder Word noch
Writer bei diesen Anforderungen wirklich komfortables Arbeiten zulassen.
Meine Empfehlung: Latex plus ein Latex-Experte/in, der/die eine
entsprechende Vorlage erstellt. Das lohnt sich, trotz relativ gesehen
hohem Einarbeitungsaufwand.
Oder, falls es hier um das Erstellen einer Druckvorlage geht: Ein
entsprechendes, für den Zweck Druckvorlage erstellen geeignetes Programm
verwenden
