Den Explorer strenggenommen nicht unmittelbar, aber eventuell eines
seiner plugins, zB für Vorschaubilder. Und die reißen auch gerne mal den
Explorer mit.
Deswegen die Frage: Sind beim Explorer Plugins installiert? Passieren
die Abstürze auch, wenn man die Ansicht im Explorer auf "Details" oder
"Liste" verstellt?
