LO braucht kein 64-bit Java, damit kann es gar nichts anfangen.
Die 64-bit braucht er nur, wenn er 64-bit Programme hat, die Java benötigen.
Registry-Reinigung und Neuinstallation der JRE hat bei mir gar nichts
gebracht - und ich hatte genau die gleiche Symptome.
