Der Tonfall einer Formulierung wie

jedoch ein solches Mitgefühl nicht.
Ich empfand es auch als fies und unangemessen.
Inhaltlich ist ein Hinweis auf ein Backup sicher sinnvoll. Aber meinem
Empfinden nach nicht in der akuten Notsituation.
Das hätte gepasst, nachdem Renata hier über den weiteren Verlauf
berichtet hätte. IMHO.
