Ich mach's so:
Mit Maus und Shift diese Zeichen auswählen, ctrl-c und dann Suchen und
ersetzen dieses Zeichen mit nix im Ersatz-Feld.
Oder alles in Notepad++ (oder anderer, einfacher Texteditor) kopieren,
dort das ' weg-tauschen und zurück kopieren..
