Mit "Inhalte einfügen" scheint das nicht zu gehen. Da kann man zwar
berechnete Werte in absolute Werte umwandeln, aber für Formate finde ich
da nix.

Bedingte Formatierung heißt ja, eine bestimmte Formatvorlage bei
Erfüllen einer bestimmten Bedingung zuzuweisen. Wenn Du eine
bestimmte Formatierung anwenden willst, ohne das eine Bedingung dazu
erfüllt sein muss, dann weise der entsprechenden Zelle eben die
betreffende Formatvorlage zu. F11 zeigt Dir die Vorlagen.
Doppelklick - fertig. ;-)
