Warum wird meine E-Mail vom Samstag nicht beantwortet?

Betreff: Libreoffice startet nicht
Hallo, ich habe Libreoffice 4.0 unter Windows XP installiert. Pfad ist
C:\LibreOfficePortable
Wenn ich nun auf eines der EXE-Dateien klicke, kommt kurz die Sanduhr, dann gar nichts mehr. Die
Programme reagieren einfach nicht. Im Taskmanager sind keine Einträge in der Art "soffice" o.ä.
eingetragen.
Was muss ich tun, damit das Programm startet?
