Aber egal was ich verändere, die Einstellungen werden nicht übernommen.
Doch und zwar auf die Absätze _in_ Tabellen.
Für die Tabellen selber gibt es keine Vorlagen!
Du kannst bestimmte Formate (Überschrift, Hintergründe, Text-
Zahlenformate) auf die Tabelle anwenden und unter Tabelle > Autoformat
... > Hinzufügen eben dieses tun. Ich denke das was du suchst ist das nicht.
