Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass folgendes meinst:
Formular bearbeiten -> gewünschtes Formular anklicken -> rechte
Maustaste -> "Kontrollfeld..." -> eingetragener Name im Textfeld "Name".
Dies funktioniert aber nicht.

Was meinst Du mit "Tablecontrolname": einen der beiden oben aufgeführten
Namen oder etwas anderes?
