[de-users] Sonderzeichen per ALT+Ziffernblock

Hallo,

Sonderzeichen kann man in Windows ja bekanntlich mit der Angabe des

Dezimalwerts des Unicode-Punkts über den Ziffernblock bei gedrückter

ALT-Taste eingeben. So könnte (!) man u. a. auch einen gewünschten

Geviert- oder Halbgeviertstrich direkt einsetzen.

Bei mir (Windows 7 Home Premium, Schriftart "Times New Roman") spinnt

diese Funktion aber. So wird etwa ALT+8209 zu U+25C4, ALT+8210 zu U+21A8

und ALT+8211 zu U+203C.

Kann jemand dieses Verhalten reproduzieren und/oder sich darauf einen

Reim machen?
