Leider weiß ich aber nicht wo und wie ich hier etwas ändern kann.
Die Einstellung für die Linie in Grau liegt im Format "Standard"
vor.
F11, Formatvorlagen einblenden
Standard markieren
Rechtsklick: Ändern...
Register: Linie
Dann stellst du dir noch die Formatvorlage für "Objekt mit
Pfeilspitze" ein wie du es möchtest.
Speicherst das unter Datei > Dokumentvorlage > Speichern als z. b.
"Standard" ab.
Dann wählst du Dokumentvorlage > Verwalten > Meine Vorlagen
Machst einen Rechtsklick auf die Vorlage Standard und wählst "als
Standardvorlage setzen"
Nun werden neue Draw Dokumente mit dieser Vorlage erstellt.
