Wenn Du mir nun noch verrätst wie man eine bestimmte
Seite (mit Inhalt) in einem vorhandenen mehrseitigem Dokument
umstellt, dann wäre das spitze!

...auch in LibreOffice. Dazu fügst Du einen Seitenumbruch ein (Menü:
Einfügen --> Manueller Umbruch --> Seitenumbruch) und suchst Dir als
Vorlage "Querformat" aus. Fertig.
