ich hatte das mal in 3.2.?Portable von Portableapps.
Gelöst hatte ich das mit der Umstellung der Zahlenformatierung
von Standard Deutsch (Deutschland) auf Deutsch(Deutschland)<- ohne "Standard".
Alternativ kann man nur das user-Verzeichnis löschen,
dann wird Standard-Deutsch(Deutschland) ebenfalls richtig angezeigt.
