Für die XX setzt du am Anfang des Kapitels den Feldbefehl Seitenvariable
und in der Fußzeile den Feldbefehl Seitenvariable anzeigen. Bei jedem
Setzen der Seitenvariable beginnt die Zählung wieder bei 1. Für YY habe
ich keine Lösung. Da ist es wohl einfacher zu warten, bis alles fertig
ist, von Hand zählen und direkt als Konstante eintragen.
