Da ist bei dir sicher die Autobeschriftung aktiviert (Extras - Optionen,

Huh, Autobeschriftung? Ich wusste gar nicht, dass es so was gibt. Dann
habe ich die wohl versehentlich durch irgendeine Tastenkombination
aktiviert. Bewusst habe ich das nicht ausgewählt. Werde ich später,
wenn ich wieder zu Hause bin, auf meinem Desktop-Rechner überprüfen.

(Zum anderen Problem kann ich im Mom. nix sagen, da ich unter Linux mit
meinen eigenen builds "rumfummel")
Die doppelten Menüeinträge? Die habe ich sowohl auf meinem Desktop als
auch auf meinem Netbook. Downloads waren jeweils unterschiedliche
Dateien - also nicht einmal runtergeladen und auf den USB-Stick
kopiert... ;)
