Tatsächlich funktioniert das Abspielen der Audiodateien
auf meinem alten Laptop, auf dem noch LibreOffice 7.4.3.2.
installiert ist (auch Windows 11).
Dann sollte so schnell wie möglich ein Bugreport dazu aufgemacht werden. Da braucht es aber ein entsprechendes (einfaches) Beispiel.
Ich habe hier sehr viele LibreOffice-Versionen parallel installiert und könnte einmal schauen, ob ich die Funktion in älteren Version bestätigen kann.
Ich mache zwar nichts mit Sound und Impress, könnte aber eben so einen Bug schreiben, wenn das für Dich ein Problem ist.
