Hallo Friedhelm,
ich habe das getestet und konnte das auch mit einem einfachen Beispiel nachvollziehen. Wenn ich auf 2 Tabellenblättern ein Diagramm habe, das 3. Tabellenblatt leer ist und ich dieses 3. Tabellenblatt lösche, dann werden die Datenbereiche im Diagramm des zweiten Tabellenblattes mit geleert. 

Habe ich als
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=158223
für die Version LO 7.6.3.1 gemeldet. Ich schaue jetzt noch einmal nach, ob das in den Vorgängerversionen genauso ist. Du schreibst ja, dass das "seit geraumer Zeit" so ist.
