ok, das kann man machen. Blöd ist: Wir wissen nicht, ab welcher
Ubuntu-Version das Problem auftritt.

Also, wenn ich das richtig sehe:
- Änderung 1: dpkg -i keyring-package muss mindestens einmal gemacht
worden sein, da sonst das Repository nicht geaddet wird
- Änderung 2: apt.conf muss mit entsprechendem Eintrag vorhanden sein
