Ich habe (auf WinXP) bei einer Neuinstallation von 3.4 Beta 5 (setup
/a) das deutsche und (US-)englische helppack installiert.
Bei Aufruf via <F1> aus dem Startcenter oder Writer wird in beiden
Fällen korrekt die lokale Hilfe angezeigt.
