Im Moment macht pymime es folgendermaßen: sind alle Zeichen des Footers
im charset des Inhalts vorhanden, wird das Original-Charset verwendet,
ansonsten ein Fallback auf UTF-8 gemacht. _Normalerweise_ sollte python
automatisch das Content-Transfer-Encoding berücksichtigen, ich schau
gleich mal rein was da nicht passt.
