Det totale budget for Paris-konferencen var rundt regnet 30.000 EUR.

Budgettet dækker:

 * Leje af lokaler og AV-udstyr - rengøring
 * teknisk udstyr, f.eks. wifi
 * T-Shirts og andet merchandise, f.eks. roll-ups
 * Kaffe og vand
 * Aftenarrangementer, cocktailparties o.s.v. Disse arrangementer
   sponsoreres normalt særskilt. F.eks. var der i Paris et
   aftenarrangement sponsoreret af Region ìle de Paris
 * Frokost (kun hvis der ikke er restauranter / cafeer i nærheden
 * Forplejning til frivillige

Konferenceprogrammet skal vi ikke selv tage os af - det gør TDF. Men vi 
skal hjælpe deltagerne med at få visum, f.eks. ved at udsende officielle 
invitationer. Vi skal også hjælpe med information om offentlig transport 
og finde hoteller og restauranter.
