[ja-discuss] 翻訳率100%

どもども、いくやです。

新年あけましておめでとうございます。今年もよろしくお願いします。

さて、年末にlo-build-ja.poの翻訳率を100%にしておきました。
今のところ追加の訳語が発生しそうな感じには見えないのですが、いかがでしょ
うか。

……って、commitに必要なプロセスがよくわかっていなので。。
