Mike has pointed to what is likely to be the issue. You appear to be
using TB as your email client, which indicates that FF might be your
browser of choice. If you use either uBlock Origin or NoScript and
possibly other similar extensions, with their default settings, the full
content and functionality of the donations will not be available.
