[libreoffice-website] Migration to the new website

Hello,

I just re-subscribed to l10n and website mailing list. I tried to find the
answer in Google (freedesktop.org too), but without any luck.

Sorry for that question, I'm sure it was mentioned many times, but I really
can't find it. I was out of LO discussions and project for about a year or
more (too busy with other jobs :().

Can you give me more tips how to migrate to new design (like libreoffice.org
or de.libreoffice.org)?
To who can I write about changing SilverStripe email (login)?

I want to update the website and give it a fresh look. SS admin interface
hasn't changed for me (it is still slow! :)), no options found to change
theme. I reviewed LO wiki, but
