Thank you Marc,
Maybe I didn't explain myself; I'd like to get the link for the 
registration page, to obtain a new account, so to be able to edit pages 
on the website.
Actually this one:

https://www.libreoffice.org/ForumMemberProfile/register

is not working anymore.
