Well, we still have the possibility to host our own wordpress blog (the software itself). This would make sense if we (on the long term road map) create our own OpenID Server and thus would need only one account for all TDF pages and services!

I recently had to create a wordpress.com account for commenting on one blog entry. :-/

Exactly. I'm happy to report the issue to WP, we can do that even in the
name of TDF, but I'm not really sure there's an issue. And before anyone
asks there does not appear to be any kind of Silverstripe plugin for
Wordpress...
