Update went as planned - if you expect any problems, please report ASAP.

Also fixed a problem with BOM (byte order marks) that did end up in
generated HTML (the langauge files that were exported from pootle).
Those did seriously break rendering in IE 8 - and might have caused
problems with other browsers both in the backend (where you edit the
site) as well in the frontend (what the casual viewer sees)

Thanks to Olivier for notifying me of the render-problem in IE 8.
