[libreoffice-website] Small glitch on the wiki

Hi,

Saw a report of someone having difficulties editing a page on the wiki,
a few minutes ago I went and tried to do same - after logging in the
edit option was not available, after a hard reset of the cache it was.
Not the behavior I was getting yesterday - just passing it along.
