You ask for an account here or if you already have it, read here :)
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/NewWebsiteNLT

Thanks, but this reads " ... and give the e-mail and the login of all
the members .." and I'm looking for the place to create a new account,
i.e. login :)

So the problem is still that I cannot find the current versions of:
  https://www.libreoffice.org/ForumMemberProfile/register
and
  http://www.libreoffice.org/get-involved/web-administrators/
  (linked from https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Website )

Any ideas?

See in this mail
http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/How-to-register-on-the-new-website-td4102163.html
The form doesn't exist anymore and the account has to be requested here,
may be putting Alex and Cloph in copy of the mail containing the names and
logins of the person to subscribe would help :)
Cheers
Sophie
