LibreOffice 3.5.7 is available for immediate download from the following
link: http://www.libreoffice.org/download/.

I would expect that page to offer 3.6.2 ..?
So there is something wrong with some script?

Ciao,

By default we're still offering 3.5.x series to users. This is the "most stable" of our releases. Because of the LibO conference which is currently going on in Berlin, we've been a bit crunched for time. We're going to give 3.5.7 a couple days and then we'll put out an announcement that 3.6.2 is final and then it will be available as an alternative when you click on the link which reads:

Change System, Version or Language <http://www.libreoffice.org/download/?nodetect>

Currently it is listed as a pre-release but it will be the same version that is the stable release when the announcement happens in a few days.

Hope that helps, apologies for the confusion.

Regards,
Joel
