It isn't, the UI is in german but not the installers what we try to
express by calling it ..._de.iso.
There are installers for Win (all lang), Portable (multilang) with
helppacks in de, en_US, es, fr, it - as well as debs, rpms and both Macs
with lang- and helppacks in the mentioned languages.
German installers apply to the other software extras only.
