Sorry for my late reply.
I tried your configuration and used the kalpurush font downloaded from 
this website:

https://www.omicronlab.com/bangla-fonts.html

It works ok for me, but I didn't use any avro keyboard, just the normal 
bengali keyboard that comes with win7 pro.
Here is a screenshot:

Maybe you can also try other fonts from:
