(1) Set the cursor before 'aaaa' (Table1:A1)

(2) Press Alt+Enter

(3) Ctrl+A > Ctrl+C

(4) Set the cursor below 'Aaaaaa...' (Table4:A2) [now: last line of page 2]

(5) Ctrl+V ...

(6) Remove the first (empty) page
