Yes, I know how to run python scripts ;)
But I get

Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "C:\temp\ssconverter.py", line 14, in ?
     import ooutils
   File "C:\temp\ooutils.py", line 36, in ?
     import uno
ImportError: No module named uno


IMHO, this indicates that you are not running the LibO Python which certainly has the module named uno. Each and every extension and macro imports uno.
