I would like to see it too for local "community" computer centers that deal with people who are learning English as their second language. Also schools/colleges could use that so the students could have an easy way to go back and forth between different languages for the menu systems. When you switch to a different language, it can be hard for a person who sits down at that computer after the person who switched languages leaves. If you do not know the language, say German or Italian, it can be very hard to figure out how to switch LO menus back to English or whatever is your native language.
