Yes, I have proved it in the meantime. I want to excluse, that 
'soffice.exe' is in the autostart.

You are right. You will see the wrong behavior too, if you close the 
quickstarter icon in the task bar and then call quickstarter.exe

A bug report already exists.

I never use quickstarter. Are you sure you need it? I use an icon on the 
desktop to start LO.
