Is this a feature request or a bug to get import correct. LO has a
paragraph style with a border but that style cannot be applied to just a
few words in a sentence. Is there a way to apply this outline to some
text in LO.
While MSWord can draw a box around a character, neither OOo nor LibO
can. The workaround is to use a frame to enclose the characters you want
to be boxed.
