10 days ago I had posted this:

and it was suggested off list that we open a new official LibreOffice
twitter account solely dedicated to users support.
The good news is that we would already have someone willing to
contribute to it, albeit not everyday. We need more people however
(ideally one or two more to start). If there are volunteers as well,
please let me know here or off list.
It should be stressed that similar initiatives in languages other than
English are highly welcome.
