small announcement:
the release plan was changed to release a 4.2.1 to users earlier based
on rc1 - rc2 will be released as scheduled, but as 4.2.2, so the rest
of the schedule is not affected (apart of the version number)
Reasons are the crash with Draw on Windows and bugs in calc
