There seem to be a huge number of issues in this thread.  Perhaps it might be 
easier to address 1 issue at a time?

I think 1 of the issues is that there are a number of websites/domain names that 
need to be owned by a registered organisation?  Can TDF be given temporary 
ownership of those websites?  


I think that maybe TDF is not completely registered yet as the process takes a 
long while.  Until it is properly registered there seems to be some other 
organisation that temporarily has ownership of TDF's assets (including funds).  
So, if TDF can't be given ownership then could the domains/websites be 
temporarily owned by community organisation that does temporarily own TDF's 
assets?
