well we did some activity in albanian in the past.
I rescued some translation strings from the ooo version
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org-l10n/+bug/431038
there has been not much activity on lo because also of the huge amount of
work to do so.

most of the team in kosovo use the english version.
