I put it to dev-www ... l10n folder. You need to tweak it to you
needs. Basically it does pomigrate2 (so you need translate toolkit)
but first it replaces some strings in order to have more good matches.

Now I successfully migrated the files locally. :-) Then, how do I
upload them to pootle?

I tried zip with one file inside, but it doesn't work.
The worked way is upload it plainly one-by-one. (I uploaded only one
file so far)

Are there any better ways to upload?

Thanks! :-)
Best Regards,

The question becomes is there a way if you have multiple files you set
pootle to allow you to select multiple files and then queues them and then
uploads them one at a time. the way you mention it it seems like its super
tedious to choose one file then hit upload then the next and so on.
