should be

<ahelp hid="HID_SMA_NOTEXISTS">Inserts the symbol for an Non Existence
quantor.</ahelp>Command for the<emph>Commands</emph> window:<emph>
notexists</emph>

Please note: "hid=HID_SMA_NOTEXIST"

Have I missed something?

IMHO "There does not exist" is also an an Existence quantor.

Best regards,
Andras

Hello Andras
And about hid=HID_SMA_EXIST vs hid=HID_SMA_NOTEXIST ?
Is the given hid correct?
